AWC BASIC

AWC Basic is a control unit suitable for managing the cleaning cycles of automatic filters.
Up to two automatic filters can be connected.
It comes in a watertight ABS container with limited dimensions, including a 1×24 digit graphic display and a 5-key membrane keyboard for navigation within the menus.
AWC Basic is supplied with 1.5 meters of cable with Schuko plug and a 2A rapid fuse, suitable for most of the electric motors used in automatic filters.

AWP-FULL controller is an automation box suitable for managing the cleaning cycles of an automatic filter. It comes in an ABS / PPE RAL 7035 container, including a 3.4 ″ display and a 26-key membrane keyboard for navigation within the menus.
To manage the operating logic of the self-cleaning filter, a programmable logic controller with integrated graphic interface (PLC / HMI all-in-one) is used.
The AWP-FULL controller control system is used where automation with electromechanical components with industrial standards is required.
The panel is equipped with 4/6 clean exchange contacts for signaling the operating status to supervisory systems at a higher level or to the systems upstream of the filter itself.
The available signals are:
• GENERAL ALARM
• POWER OFF
• FILTERING
• CLEANING
The AWC-FULL controller provides the possibility of being connected, with a two-wire cable via RS485 (maximum connection length 1200m), to external devices by communicating with the standard Modbus RTU protocol.
By default it is produced with the following factory settings:
• Mode: Slave
• Address of Station 1
• Baud rate 19200 bps
• 8 bit Data Bit
• Equal Equality
• Bit Stop 1 bit
